The Chicago Bears left the NFL draft feeling pretty good about their efforts. GM Ryan Poles believes he found at least two immediate starters in CB Kyler Gordon (Washington) and safety Jaquan Brisker (Penn State). The rookie executive and his scouts also added a wide receiver, an edge rusher, another safety, a running back, a punter, and four offensive linemen before the draft was over, and then added to his pre-camp roster by signing a number of undrafted free agents.
Bill Kelsey and I discuss the ramifications of Poles’ first draft, how the pundits view the selections, a little about the decision to release Nick Foles, and then provide our grades of each draft pick in our latest episode of The Chicago Bears Den Podcast.
