Chicago Bears Injury Report: Akiem Hicks Remains Day-to-Day, Khalil Mack DNP, Nick Foles Limited

The Chicago Bears released their injury report today and we see a few items of note. Akiem Hicks did not practice today with a hamstring injury but according to Matt Nagy, he is improving. Nagy mentioned in his press conference earlier today that his hope is that Hicks will be ready to go on Sunday.

Khalil Mack was a late add to the injury report and he did not practice with a sore back. He’s been a regular on the injury report this year due to back issues but he has yet to miss a game.

Nick Foles was a limited participant today in practice. Nagy said he didn’t believe that Foles was 100% yet, but it sounds like he could be ready to play if needed. Early today, Nagy announced that Mitchell Trubisky will be the starting QB for the Bears this Sunday.
